.SUMMARY
This research investigated about the Improvement of the teaching-learning educational English process by means of the implementation and adaptation of material and didactic resources to the Library of the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Sciences of Education, Portoviejo-Manabí 2012 - 2013. The main objectives of this investigation were: to improve the educational process of teaching learning English language for the students and professors of the different schools by means of the implementation and adaptation of material and didactic resources to the Library of the Faculty; to evaluate the conditions of the classroom to the Library for its correct implementation and adaptation with material and didactic resources; to familiarize to the professors and students with the new adaptation and implementation with material and didactic resources of the Library for their correct use and to identify the pedagogic effect that causes the implementation of the new classroom in the students and professors. Once applied the different instruments for the gathering of information and installed the different technological equipment, it is concluded that the classroom of the library now has material and didactic resources for the dynamic and interactive English learning process; that the chosen classroom had the suitable conditions to be implemented; that the benefits that offers the implementation of the library are : updated bibliography, interactive didactic material and interactive programs; that the implementation of the library helps to improve the process of the students' inter learning and it influences positively in the English language teaching.
