Resumen
En el presente trabajo de titulación se propone la implementación de un manual de Gestión de Pedidos y Distribución para la empresa Brunella S.A, ubicada en la Provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, mediante la ejecución de estas herramientas se busca solucionar los factores que afectan a las actividades que realiza la empresa, lo cual le permitirá obtener un mejor desarrollo comercial a nivel local. Primero se desarrolló la investigación realizando un análisis crítico sobre la situación actual que acoge la empresa Brunella S.A, con la ayuda de una ficha de observación se pudo determinar a primera instancia en que sectores se centran los inconvenientes. Se aplicó una encuesta a los clientes ubicados en el Cantón Santo Domingo, de donde se pudieron obtener datos de gran utilidad para la formulación de una posible solución. Por último una vez analizados todos los datos nace la formulación de la propuesta que ayuda a mejorar las falencias que fueron encontradas durante el estudio realizado.

Abstract
In the present titling work, the implementation of an Order Management and Distribution manual for the Brunella SA company, located in the Province of Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, is proposed, through the execution of these tools, the factors that affect the activities carried out by the company, which will allow it to obtain a better commercial development at the local level. First, the investigation was carried out by performing a critical analysis of the current situation that the Brunella S.A company is hosting, with the help of an observation sheet it was possible to determine at first instance in which sectors the problems are focused. A survey was applied to customers located in the Santo Domingo Canton, from which data of great utility could be obtained for the formulation of a possible solution. Finally, once all the data has been analyzed, the formulation of the proposal is born that helps to improve the shortcomings that were found during the study.
