RESUMEN

La investigación trata sobre La condición de género y el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de los y las estudiantes del Instituto Tecnológico Superior “Central Técnico”(ITSCT), cuyo objetivo principal es determinar la influencia de la condición de género en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de los y las estudiantes del ITSCT la condición de género se refiere a los factores y mecanismos, sean sociales y culturales, así como el ámbito de actuación que se determina por lo familiar, educativo, laboral y político que influye en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, son las actividades que se desarrollan dentro del ITSCT para que los y las estudiantes alcancen aprendizajes teórico-prácticos en el modelo constructivista. La metodología es con enfoque cualitativo de tipo correlacional y de estudio de campo, el instrumento que se utilizó fue una encuesta dirigida a los y las estudiantes, en la que se hizo la correlación y el análisis de los resultados mostrando sus resultados en tablas; Se evidencia la reproducción de conductas machistas, violencia de género, la falta de capacitación a docentes sobre ejes transversales como la condición de género. Además se recomienda analizar los tipos de violencia de género, en donde los y las estudiantes puedan dar su punto de vista acerca de esta problemática.

ABSTRACT
The research deals with the condition of gender and the teaching-learning process of the students of the Higher Technological Institute "Central Técnico" (ITSCT), whose main objective is to determine the influence of the gender condition in the teaching-learning process of the students of the ITSCT the gender condition refers to the factors and mechanisms, be they social and cultural, as well as the scope of action that is determined by the familiar, educational, labor and political that influences the teaching-learning process, are the activities that are developed within the ITSCT so that the students can achieve theoretical-practical learning in the constructivist model. The methodology is with qualitative approach of correlation type and field study, the instrument that was used was a survey directed to the students, in which the correlation was made and the analysis of the results showing their results in tables; The reproduction of macho behaviors, gender-based violence, and the lack of training for teachers on transversal axes such as the gender condition are evident. It is also recommended to analyze the types of gender violence, where students can give their point of view about this problem.
