Resumen
Con el auge de la tecnología y la búsqueda de mecanismos por parte de las empresas para mejorar y agilitar sus procesos, se está abriendo las puertas al desarrollo de sistemas informáticos para solventar esta necesidad. Por tal motivo, el objetivo de la investigación es desarrollar un software que permita controlar y administrar los bienes de los institutos públicos de Santo Domingo, con el fin de registrar custodio, estado y ubicación del bien dentro del establecimiento. El programa se encuentra desarrollado en entorno web utilizando PHP y el framework Codeigniter; su motor de base de datos es MySQL de distribución libre. Mediante el software se asignará una persona responsable para cada activo del instituto, mismo que se encargara de cuidar y preservar el bien encomendado; para constancia se genera un acta de entrega-recepción donde las partes pertinentes ubicarán su rúbrica. Se realizaron pruebas con datos reales para garantizar su funcionamiento, obteniendo resultados positivos.

Abstract
With the rise of technology and the search for mechanisms by companies to improve and streamline their processes, the doors to the development of computer systems to solve this need are being opened. For this reason, the objective of the investigation is to develop software that allows the control and administration of the assets of the public institutes of Santo Domingo, in order to register custodian, state and location of the property within the establishment. The program is developed in a web environment using PHP and the Codeigniter framework; Its database engine is MySQL free distribution. Through the software, a responsible person will be assigned for each asset of the institute, who will be in charge of caring for and preserving the entrusted good; For proof, a delivery-receipt certificate is generated where the relevant parties will place their rubric. Tests were carried out with real data to guarantee its operation, obtaining positive results.
